The E-rate Productivity Center (EPC) is the online portal where all applications must now be made. That portal can be found at: https://forms.universalservice.org/portal/login
All applicants will need a user name (an e-mail address) and a password to access the EPC portal. The Account Administrator for your school district or library will have to first add a user and then then that user will receive an auto generated invitation to create a password.
Multi-factor authentication has been added to the E-rate Productivity Center (EPF) portal. You will need to have a text or e-mail code sent to yourself as an additional protection during log in.
